The Plan - How It Works

1. Contact Redefined Realty to assist you with your home search.
2. Your Redefined Realty agent will search for properties that meet you needs and research any properties you may already have an interest in.
3. We will schedule and coordinate all property showings at times convenient to you.
4. We will follow up with all showings and research any additional requested information that may help you with your decision.
5. We will write all offers and negotiate all offers on your behalf.
6. Once an offer is accepted, we will help coordinate the purchase through successful closing.
7. Upon successful closing, you will be paid a cash incentive bonus from Redefined Realty as a reward for choosing to work with Redefined Realty in purchasing your home. (restrictions apply.)

Restrictions

Buyer's Agency Agreement required. Property purchased must be a MLS listed property offering a Buyer's Agent commission of at least 2%. Redefined Realty must be the procuring cause. Properties listed with Redefined Realty are not eligible. Bonus is paid upon successful closing and commission payment to Redefined Realty. Bonus paid under the plan may count as income for tax purposes. See your tax advisor.
